This cobra sequence comes up to the cobra 3 times - first the traditional cobra (bhujangasana), then the cobra with the hands lifted off the floor to build back strength, and finally the king cobra. With this sequence of 3 cobras, you can learn what it feels like to use only the back muscles, and how to then begin working on the king cobra, where the feet touch the head.
